How About A Wii

With the PS3 not hitting the shops until 2007 in the UK, the Wii has a great opportunity to get a decent slice of the market before Christmas.

So the question is why get a Wii?

In my opinion Nintendo have always had a philosophy to produce great games consoles.  Following on from the SNES, N64 and the GameCube the Wii looks likely to be the next evolution of the breed.

While the Xbox360 and the PS3 fight it out to be the “next generation entertainment platform” the Wii will be purely for gaming…

The price?? When it hits the shops on December 8th 2006, Nintendo have said it will cost a very reasonable £179.  Compare this to the expected price of the PS3 which is going to be somewhere in the region of £500…
